Sequoyah County Conservation District has announced that applications for the Oklahoma Conservation Cost-Share Program Year 27 will be accepted until close of business on April 25.
The program offers financial and technical assistance for herbaceous weed control and brush management. Costshare assistance will be provided at the rate of 85% of the lesser of the state average costs (based on NRCS data) or actual costs, not to exceed $2300.00.
Landowners may make application for the program by picking up an application at the Sequoyah County Conservation District office located at 2606 S. Kerr Blvd., Sallisaw.
