The Muldrow Public Library is offering free S.A.I.L. (Stay Active & Independent for Life) classes from 2 to 3 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday at the library.
S.A.I.L. is a strength, balance and fitness program for adults 65 and older. Performing exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness is the single most important activity that adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling. The entire curriculum of activities in the S.A.I.L. program can help improve strength and balance, if done regularly. SAIL meets the highest level criteria for an evidence-based program.
The library is located at 711 W. Shawntel Smith BIvd. in Muldrow. For more info, contact the library at 918-427-6703.
