Six Roland Youth League Wrestling members qualify for state

Six Roland Youth League Wrestling members qualified for this weekend’s Oklahoma Kids Wrestling Association State Tournament by placing at the Southeast Regional Tournament, which took place Feb. 15 at Paul Post Field House.

Channing McKinney and Channing Davidson were regional runnersup, Evan Waltermire was third, Matthew Mc-Ghee was fourth, Connor Davidson was fifth and Madison Hall was sixth.

The OKWA State Tournament took place Friday and Saturday at Oklahoma City’s Jim Norick State Fair Arena.
