George Thomas Morgan Jr.

Nov. 6, 1934 – Feb. 10, 2025

George Thomas Morgan Jr., 90, of Sallisaw, died on Monday, Feb. 10, 2025, in Roland. He was born on Nov. 6, 1934, in Cowlington to George Thomas Morgan Sr. and Dollie (Baird) Eubanks Morgan.

No formal service is planned at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Agent&Mallory-MartinFuneral Home.

He worked as a union electrician on many projects, earning great respect.

He married Winnie Lou Wilhite on Feb. 14, 1953, in McAlester. She preceded him in death on Dec. 16, 2010.

Survivors include one daughter, Pamela Wilson of Sallisaw; two grandchildren; and other family members and friends.

He was also preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Ronald Morgan and Richard Morgan; two sisters, Susie Earls and Margaret Garrett; and a grandson.
