Dec. 5 Vian Christmas Parade Vian Lions Club 46th annual Christmas Parade of Lights, “A Grinch Christmas,” through downtown beginning

at 6 p.m. Dec. 6 Entry forms due Entries are due to the Sallisaw Chamber of Commerce at noon for the Christmas parade, and storefront and Deck the Yard decorating contests.

Dec. 12 Downtown in December Carriage rides, pony rides, petting zoo and visits with Santa in downtown Vian beginning at 6 p.m.

Dec. 14 Roland Christmas Parade Parade through downtown Roland beginning at noon. Dec. 14 Gore Christmas Parade Parade through downtown Gore beginning at 11 a.m. Dec. 14 Sallisaw Christmas Parade The annual spectacle around which the entire holiday calendar revolves. Parade steps off at 6:30 p.m. through downtown Sallisaw.

Dec. 17 Sensitive Santa Pervasive Parenting Center hosts this special event for families coping with Autism and other disabilities. By appointment only. Call 918-647-1255 or email TYarbery@PervasiveParentingCenter.org.
