Funeral services for Jovonna Melzora (Harman) Atkinson, 63, of Muldrow, were held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2024, at the Agent & Mallory-Martin Chapel in Muldrow.
Burial was at Memory Garden Cemetery in Muldrow under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Mrs. Atkinson was born on June 7, 1961, in El Paso, Texas, to Walter Francis Harman and Mary Louise (Lasiter) Harman. She died on Monday, Nov. 4, 2024, in Muldrow.
She was a Family Support Specialist with the State of Arkansas.
She married Robert Eugene “Bob” Harkreader on July 30, 2022.
Survivors include her husband, Bob of the home; one daughter, Chloe Dent of Shawnee; one stepdaughter, Kayla and Austin Brunk of Muldrow; three sisters, Teresa Freeman of Roland, Johannah Greenway and Donald and Gershelda Harman-Page and James, all of Muldrow; one brother, Jeff Harman of Roland; two grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents. Pallbearers were Sammy Lasiter, Adam Blum, Damon Freeman, Eric Freeman, Clayton Lasiter and Robert Starr.
