The first-ever class of inductees into the newly-formed Roland High School Sports Hall of Fame were officially inducted at halftime of the 2024 Roland football homecoming district game against Hugo on Oct. 25 at Ranger Stadium. The Class of 2024 is, from left, Debbie Cosner, Fran Whitsett, Gerald Harvell, Larry Tate and Richard E. Cosner III. Due to a computer error, when the photograph ran in last week’s edition, one of the inductees’ names accidentally was misspelled. The Eastern Times-Register regrets the error.
