The Roland High School science lab, students mixed things up recently – literally! The students used dimensional analysis to scale a fudge recipe for a unit conversion lesson. Students are converting ingredients from cups and teaspoons into grams and milliliters, practicing precision in measurement while enjoying a sweet reward. Who knew learning could be this delicious? A shout out to Mrs. Crowder for generously donating all the supplies to Mrs. Cole’s classes to make this lab happen.
