Memorial services for Yvonne Ross, 89, of Sallisaw, were held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 4, 2024, at Faith Assembly of God Church in Sallisaw.
Cremation is under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Mrs. Ross was born on April 6, 1935, in Catoosa to Carrel Milton Hall and Bertie Melinda (Hewett) Hall. She died on Sunday, Sept. 29, 2024, in Sallisaw.
She was retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone, and enjoyed attending Faith Assembly of God Church before being unable to attend.
She married Danny Ross on Sept. 11, 2004, in Fort Smith, Ark.
Survivors include her husband, Danny of the home; one daughter, Sondia Blackwell of Locust Grove; step-daughter, Debbie Prothro of Perkins; one sister, Margaret Culley of Owasso; numerous grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Vester O. Hall, Velma Hagaman, Chester Hall, Carrel E. Hall, Preshia J. Hullet, Theresa M. Baker, Bobbie J. Cessna and Betty A. Etheredge; and two step-children, Kim Passmore and David Ross.
