OWASSO — The Muldrow High School cross country runners participated in last Thursday’s Owasso Relays, which essentially was a fall track meet setup for the Bulldogs and Lady Bulldogs.
In the boys six-mile relay, the Muldrow boys “A” team was 24th with a time of 41:15.1, as Kendal Howell, Kaden Rye, Jaxson Anstine and Jesse Kilinc ran the legs.
The Muldrow boys “B” team of Zeeshan Bukhari, Michael House, Brady Brasher and Seth Nance was 34th (52:59.8).
In the high school girls’ six-mile relay, the Lady Bulldogs, who were represented by Maysi Fields, Jensi Fields, Emma Fields and Genna Stephenson, were 21st (51:52.1).
The Muldrow cross country team will hit the course this Friday morning for the Carl Albert State College/ Poteau Invitational, which will begin at 9:30 a.m. It will be a mini reunion as the Lady Bulldogs and ’Dogs will get to see their former teammate, current CASC freshman and former Lady Bulldog Kennady Moore running in the college women’s division for the Lady Vikings.
