Former Muldrow Bulldogs places in Division II Track Championships

EMPORIA, Kan. — Former Muldrow Bulldog and current Emporia State College high jumper Trenden Collins competed in the 2024 NCAA Division II Championships, which took place last weekend at Welch Stadium.

He placed fourth with a mark of 7-0.25.

Collins improved his national standings as he is one of 16 NCAA Division II jumpers higher than seven feet this season. He is tied with Sam Saidi for second all-time at Emporia State and with school record holder Briar Ploude (7-2.25) at the 2013 Drake Relays) is one of just three Hornets higher than seven feet all-time.
