Roland Upper Elementary’s staff appreciation feature is Bridget Carlile, the school’s dedicated JOM coordinator for Roland Public Schools. Carlile has been employed at the school for 15 years, and said she finds joy in the hustle and bustle of her role. “She is always on the move to support and uplift the students she serves. Her enduring dedication to the community and unwavering enthusiasm for assisting children make her an invaluable asset to Roland Public Schools,” school staff said.
