Roland Lady Rangers golf team ends season at own tournament

FORT SMITH, Ark. — The Roland Lady Rangers golf team ended its season at its own Roland Girls Invitational, which took place April 15 at Ben Geren Golf Course.

The host Lady Rangers had all three of their golfers participate in their own tournament.

Izzy O’Neal shot an 118 to finish 15th, Jaclyn Harrison carded a 130 to place 20th, with Lilly Medicine Bird two shots behind at 132 to end up 21st.

The Lady Rangers were slated to play in the Class 3A Regional Qualifier on April 16 at Cushing’s Buffalo Rock Golf Course, but they chose not to participate — thus seeing the season come to an end.
