The 2023-24 NOAA Basketball Conference announced its honors for this past season, with five players earning top honors.
On the boys’ side, Roland’s Carson Wiggins was named the Most Valuable Player, with teammate DaVohn Hall named the Offensive Player of the Year. Roland Running Rangers coach Eddie Lewis shared Coach of the Year honors with Stilwell’s Michael George.
On the girls’ side, Muldrow’s Kennedi “Kiki” Wight was named the Offensive MVP, Roland’s Haven Freeman the Defensive MVP and Roland’s Ryanne Nelke the Newcomer of the Year.
Muldrow’s Parker Sevenstar and Roland’s Buck Triplett joined Wiggins and Hall as first-team all-conference members. Muldrow’s Teaguen Collins made the second team all-conference and Roland’s Paul Johnson was a third-team all-conference member.
Muldrow’s Gibson Price, Trenton Irvan and Drew Prewett and Roland’s Mason Kemp, Cason Perryman, Kade Shook and Raesean Perryman were honorable mention all-conference.
Making the first-team all-conference on the girls’ side were Muldrow’s Cailey Grinstead and Claire Tabor and Roland’s Lilly Medicine Bird as they joined Wight, Haven Freeman and Nelke.
Roland’s Halle Freeman made the second team all-conference.
Muldrow’s Katelynn Moore, Kennady Moore, Makynlee Morton and London Hardin and Roland’s Kynlei Earnhart were honorable mention all-conference.
