Exhibiting livestock projects

Three eighth grade Ag students from Muldrow Middle School exhibited their livestock projects at the recent Sequoyah County Junior Livestock Show. Luke Stevenson won Reserve Grand Champion Steer, Kynlee Thomas showed her lamb and Olivia Proctor showed her market hog. Luke was in the Jr. Livestock Premium Auction where area businesses and people bid on their exhibits. The premium auction has been a part of the county livestock show for over 50 years and allows students to get some money back for their 4-H and FFA efforts.
