Muldrow, Roland powerlifters place at Checotah Invitational

CHECOTAH — Several Muldrow and Roland powerlifters placed at last weekend’s Checotah Invitational powerlifting meet.

For the Bulldogs, Reece Francis (168 pounds) and Alejandro Santacruz (242) were runners-up, while Jacob Gregory was third at 154 pounds.

While the Rangers did not have any high school powerlifters place, they did have a trio of eighth-grade lifters who did place as Channing McKinny was second at 181 pounds and Jayden Fancher (heavyweight) and Camden Vanderbush (168) were third.
