Those who read this article and are thinking about joining our TOPS Chapter, I want to let you know you could not find a better group of ladies to join you on your weight loss journey.

So, if you are interested in joining TOPS in January, your cost will be $25.10 for the year. If interested, call me at 918-413-1383. E VERYONE is invited to visit. The FIRST VISIT is FREE. We meet at First Christian Church, 706 N. Wheeler, Sallisaw, Monday at 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m.

We begin weighing at 10:30 a.m. and the meeting starts at 11 a.m. and ends at 12.
