Vehicles destroyed in fire

The Roland Fire Department was dispatched to a vehicle fire about 4 p.m. on Sunday after it was reported the fire was threatening a structure. Firefighters arrived to find the property owner using a water hose, trying to protect his home from catching fire, and two vehicles burning in the driveway. Firefighters reported the house received minor damage to the exterior.
