The Muldrow Bulldogs will bring lots of experience into the new campaign.
The Bulldogs, who were 15-9 last season, return six players who saw significant playing time — or even started.
Two of those players are seniors — forward Kashan Bukhari and swingman Trenton Irvan.
Junior guard Jaxson Anstine, junior forward Kenoy Belford, sophomore center Parker Sevenstar and sophomore swingman Teaguen Collins round out the group of returners.
The remaining roster players are Andrew Prewett, Hayden Bullock, Hayden McKinster, Jermauree Palmer, Deshawn Wilson, Jesse Kilinc, Gunner Vanscoy, Gibson Price, Maliki Albertson and Gabe Miller.
“We’re a good defensive team, with some depth at all positions,” said Muldrow boys coach Terry Collins, now in his 11th season.
While the team defense is a strongpoint for the ’Dogs, Collins said communication skills on the court is a weakness.
The Bulldogs will begin their season at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday against Eufaula at Roger Sharp Activity Center.
