Former Muldrow QB throws for 400-plus yards, four TDs in Emporia State’s Senior Day win over Missouri Southern
EMPORIA, Kan. — Former Muldrow Bulldogs quarterback Braden Gleason threw for 482 yards and four touchdowns as the Emporia State Hornets routed the Missouri Southern Lions 63-28 on Senior Day last Saturday afternoon at Welch Stadium.
Gleason hit his former Muldrow teammate Trenden Collins on a 5-yard TD pass with 3:18 left in the first half to put the Hornets (7-3 overall, 6-3 in MIAA Conference play) ahead 42-7 at halftime.
Collins caught three passes for 28 yards and a touchdown.
The Hornets will close out the regular season with a road game against Fort Hays State at 1 p.m. this Saturday in Hays, Kan.
