As an Extension educator, she develops and coordinates programs with local and state government agencies, schools, churches and civic organizations. She will be teaching the first class. Susan Jacobs, library staff member, will be demonstrating air fryer recipes in the other classes.
Attendees will learn how to use an air fryer and various recipes to improve the nutrition of their meals.
The free classes are provided by a Health Literacy Grant from the Oklahoma Department of Libraries with federal funding by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
The classes will meet once a week and focus on a different aspect of a meal each time.
