BUNCH — The Gans Grizzlies lost their second straight District B-6 game, falling 30-22 to the host Cave Springs Hornets last Thursday night.
The Grizzlies (2-5 overall, 0-2 in district play) led 8-6 after a quarter, which also was the score at halftime.
After each team scored eight points in the third quarter to keep Gans ahead 16-14, the Hornets (5-2, 2-0) outscored the Grizzlies 16-6 in the final period to get the come-frombehind win.
No individual statistics or information was available at press time.
The Grizzlies will look to get their first district win with a home game against the Arkoma Mustangs at 7 p.m. this Thursday night at Grizzly Field.
