All fluent Cherokee speakers are invited to this free monthly luncheon held from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. every second Thursday of the month and hosted by the Cherokee Nation Language Department at the Durbin Feeling Language Center in Tahlequah. The Male Seminary Recreation Center in Tahlequah will be hosting a volleyball tournament and cornhole tournament today and every Thursday for the rest of the month. The cornhole tournament will take place from 6 to 7 p.m., and the volleyball tournament will take place from 6:30 to 9 p.m. These tournaments are free to enter, but participants must be active members of the gym. Come on an adventure at the Geocache Launch Party, where you will be the first to learn about the exciting new scavenger hunt coming to Cherokee Nation! In addition to starting your geocache adventure, you will find food trucks, storytellers, games, crafts and an escape room trailer that the whole family can enjoy! This event, which is free and open to the public, will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Cherokee National Peace Pavilion, 177 S. Water Ave., in Tahlequah.
