TAHLEQUAH — The Muldrow Lady Bulldogs were eighth and the ’Dogs 10th in Thursday’s Tahlequah Early Tiger Invitational.
The Lady Bulldogs scored 190 points, coming in behind meet champion Tulsa Bishop Kelley (35 points), Tulsa Edison (93), host Tahlequah (117), Coweta (118), Claremore (140), Bixby (163) and Cleveland, Okla. (184).
Cailey Grinstead was the fastest Lady Bulldog to run the 5k course as she was 23rd (24:35). Katelynn Moore was 25th (25:12), Genna Stephenson was 41st (28:26), Emma Fields was 48th (29:47), Kennady Moore was 56th (32:29) and Maysi Fields was 62nd (34:08).
In the boys’ 5K race, the Bulldogs scored 264 points, finishing behind meet champion Bishop Kelley (42 points), host Tahlequah (59), Coweta (83), Bixby (105), Pryor (140), Claremore (147), Tulsa Edison (154), Jay (226) and Sallisaw (244).
Jesse Kilinc had the fastest time as he was 39th with a time of 21:38. Gibson Price was 59th (23:54), Wyatt Prewett was 60th (24:25), Maliki Albertson was 61st (24:26), Hayden Bullock was 66th (25:47), Jaxson Anstine was 68th (27:48) and Andrew Prewett was 71st (29:06).
