In their one and only preseason scrimmage of the season, the Muldrow Bulldogs scored multiple times against Panama in Friday night’s scrimmage at Marty Rogers Field.
Running back Zack Parker scored two rushing touchdowns on runs of 50 and 30 yards, while Deshawn Willson rambled 60 yards for another score. “I thought our effort was strong,” Muldrow first-year coach Logan Coatney said. “It was good to hit somebody different. I think the kids enjoyed playing somebody different.”
Of course, Coatney said there are some things that need to be ironed out before Thursday night’s rivalry game with Roland at 7 p.m. at Ranger Stadium.
“There were some things I saw (with the naked eye Friday night) and then film that we have to get fixed before Thursday night.”
