Christians…Proclaim Jesus Christ Now!
By Shirley R. Watts,

Jesus said: “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen (Matthew 28:19-20).

We are commanded to proclaim the Good News of Salvation in Jesus Christ. Jesus is Alive! He is returning soon for His Church and judgment will begin to fall upon earth.

Christian are you ready to meet Him face to face.

Can you say: “I have proclaimed the good news of righteousness In the great assembly; Indeed, I do not restrain my lips, O LORD, You Yourself know. I have not hidden Your righteousness within my heart; I have declared Your faithfulness and Your salvation; I have not concealed Your loving kindness and Your truth From the great assembly” (Psalm 40:910).

Woe unto us if we do not proclaim Jesus Christ!

So, Who and what do we proclaim?

We proclaim God’s great love for man. How He sent His own Son to die for us. We proclaim Jesus Christ! Amen!

We proclaim His coming again!

This is when all true believers by faith in Christ are taken out of this world (Rapture) and meet Jesus in the air. ( I Thessalonians 4:13). Christian this is when we stand before Him and give an account for the way we have lived our lives “For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad” (II Corinthians 5:10).

We proclaim the coming Judgment on sin!

As Christians are judged for their works, the earth is filled with a false peace and tribulation. During this time the Seven Years of Tribulation is taking place on the earth. Unbelievers, you do not want to be here, don’t be foolish and wait, accept Jesus today.

Christian, we proclaim Jesus Christ!

He was crucified and was raised from the dead to give us eternal life. He ascended back to the Father in Heaven. He is at the right hand of God the Father this very moment interceding for Christians. He was victorious over Satan. We must proclaim this!

“And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations,” (Matthew 28:18).

Christians are you proclaiming Jesus Christ? We are commanded “to proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light” (I Peter 2:9).

If you are a true Christian and you are not proclaiming Him, then you must ask yourself why you are not doing so. Remember you proclaim Him by your life, His Word and works of faith.

Are you proclaiming Him? How is your lifestyle? Do you need to re-dedicate your life to Him? Do you need to repent?

To the person who has never trusted Jesus as Lord and Savior in repentance and faith, I urge you to consider what lies ahead. When you leave this world without Jesus you will look back in regret for all eternity. This is all you can do. You will face eternity in torment without Him. Have you really ever taken the time to think about your future? He loves you! I must warn you there is the coming Judgment of all who reject His Son.

Just bow your heart to Him, asking His forgiveness. You are rejecting His Son! Place your faith in Him today.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God” (John 3:16,18).

The road to eternal life-Read: Romans 3:10-11; Romans 3:23; Romans 5:12; Romans 6:23; Romans 5:8 and Romans 10:9-13.

Jesus said: “You must be born again!

God will bless as we go!
