Haviland charged in pill theft; Set for felony docket

Charles M. Haviland, 30, of Roland was reportedly charged on Aug. 11 in Sequoyah County District Court with a felony count of larceny, burglary or theft of controlled dangerous substance after he allegedly took another individual’s medication without their permission.
