The Roland High School basketball teams start their seasons on Tuesday when they travel to Spiro for a pair of Northeastern Oklahoma Athletic Association (NOAA) games.
The girls’ contest will begin at 6:30 p.m. and the boys’ game will get underway at approximately 8 p.m.
Roland’s 2018-19 schedule includes other NOAA games against Muldrow, Sallisaw, Stilwell, Poteau and Checotah, as well as non-conference contests with Idabel.
The Lady Rangers and Rangers return to the Armstrong Bank Sequoyah County Area Classic this season on Jan. 7-12. Sallisaw is the main site and Gore is the sub-site for this year’s tournament.
The Lady Rangers will travel to Fort Gibson on Jan. 24-26 for a tournament while the Rangers return to Miami for the NEO Tournament at the same time.
Both squads will play in the Talihina Tournament on Dec. 13-15.
